I went in the first time. I didn't have a copy of my medical record so. I had to come back. I had to go back home ask for my records luckily. They were done within just a few hours and I went back the very next day and turned in everything that I had. One of the forms actually required Stephens signature and I actually think. That and luckily. That all done in one night. That is basically. One of the final steps. They just said. They will by tomorrow at least have my papers sent over to Moore Stevens at and I'll just have to let him know. When they'll get there they're about nine hours ahead of us I don't really know after. That I want to say. That they choose my date on when. I get over there but I have no idea so. This is just the process of um moving overseas and honestly hasn't been too bad. I think it's just the anticipation like. When am I gonna get over there like. I just want to know like as far as packing and everything I don't have. Anything packed. I just really like basically decluttering all my stuff but overall hasn't been too bad it's all in their hands.

I have other things to do today. I am going to be meal prepping like I've been trying to do sounds really lame but like the last week. Any meal prepped. I just always feel let. Me just set. This down I just always feel so much better. When I'm meal prep I've been trying to experiment with a couple recipes. This week I'm going totally out of my comfort zone I'm making things well. I wouldn't say totally but somewhat. More out of my comfort zone. I love Pinterest I'm always on Pinterest. I searched up. This Buffalo cauliflower tacos so they're vegan I'm not vegan I'm not. I just look up. I like to look up like vegetarian or vegan recipes just. Because if they look good and I could make them then why not. I don't eat. Me as often as. I used to anymore like.
If I'm somewhere. I usually always order veggies instead of meat. Now but I would label myself as vegetarian or vegan or anything like. That's because. I do still eat seafood and like. I eat meat like rare. I just would choose an alternative. I could especially. When I'm cooking because. I have the choice to make. Whatever I want so today I'm going to be making those Buffalo cauliflower tacos those vegan ones the second dish is gonna be it's like a it's like a sesame tofu stir-fry that's even. All I think. I couldn't find I was like oh my god. I went to Trader Joe's I went to Safeway or the sesame seeds so I'm just gonna have to do. Now never I've never cooked wild rice but I've got. This packet from Trader Joe's so I'm gonna cook. This instead of the brown rice. That I called her I'm just mixing it up a little bit and also the vegan buffalo. What tacos my track angle my camera.
